Located in Las Condes, this corporate building was designed by +arquitectos, ADN, Flaño, Nuñez, and Tuca Arqs, and completed in 2006. It stands out for its strategies to optimize solar orientation and maximize natural light, ensuring exterior views from every space.

The architecture of the CCU Building is defined by the purity of its lines and the careful treatment of its façades to prevent unwanted thermal gains or losses. Materials such as concrete, glass, and granite were used. Interior lighting follows a sober pattern, with special design treatments in the main lobby, elevators, cafeterias, and the art room.

The building is seamlessly integrated into its urban surroundings, featuring a plaza with illuminated urban furniture.
